About us
We are James Holden trading as Real Love located at 6/6 Grafton Crescent, Dee Why, NSW, 2099, Australia, who provide personal transformational guidance via one-to-one, group events and courses, email, blogs and pre-recorded content (the “Service”).
We provide you with the Service in accordance with these Terms and manage your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy that can be found here.
Your Responsibility
There is a reasonable amount of content for us to cover in each session or workshop. Please attend on time (including returning from breaks) to respect the time of the other participants and our team.
Please be aware of your responsibility to others in using our Services, including our staff, and behave in a reasonable manner. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Respect the confidential nature of all information share by everyone throughout the Services,
2. Refrain from providing unsolicited advice to others,
3. Respect that others have different opinions to your own and refrain from disagreeing with them,
4. Do not talk about other participants outside of the Services by name, and
5. Respect that everyone using the Services is doing the best that they can according to their knowledge and ability at the present moment,
6. To respect all participants and staff, you will not attend any in-person sessions if you are unwell with COVID-19 or have been in recent contact with another COVID-19 patient.
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to decline to accept or retain you or terminate your attendance without further notice to the Services if your behaviour is such that is likely, in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other participants, us, any third party or property.

Payment Terms
To use the Services you will pay the full amount stated at checkout for the specified Service at the time of registration.
To attend a private session, you can pay either:
(i) via the website checkout where you pay the full amount stated at checkout, or
(ii) via bank transfer where receipt of your payment confirms your session.
Cancellations and Changes
If we cancel your workshop or session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including COVID, you will be entitled to credit for the same as purchased for a later date.
We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel your booking.
In Person Course Cancellations
You can attend any or all of the course workshops or group support sessions. If you miss a workshop or group support session, we do not consider it a cancellation of the course. You can cancel anytime after booking up to 48 hours before the course start date and receive a 70% refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session start time, you will be charged the full price unless your place can be filled by someone on our waitlist.
For those of you who are visual this is:
● From booking time - 48 hours before course start date = 70% refund
● Less than 48 hours before course start date = 0% refund
● Anytime = 100% refund if your place is filled from waiting list
Once the course has started, any refund will be solely at our discretion and pro rata adjusted to the course attended to the cancellation date.
Individual Guidance Session Cancellations
There are a limited number of individual guidance sessions available. You can cancel anytime up to 48 hours before your appointment without charge. Your account will automatically be credited with a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at the full rate, unless your session/spot can be filled from our waiting list.
Refunds
Refunds are provided upon our sole discretion on a case by case basis.
Under Consumer Protection laws in New South Wales, Australia, you are entitled to a refund if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase unless you have started the Service. If you have started, we may refund you at our discretion pro-rata used at the time of the agreed termination date. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Online Access and Security
We are not liable for your problems accessing any of our Services online. Your password or account to the Services must not be shared with anyone or we can terminate your account and demand payment for the additional use of our Services.
You give us permission to record your likeness and voice when using our Services. We will use any recordings of you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will be reminded by us before any recording commences and provided the opportunity to not be recorded during such sessions.
Content and Intellectual Property Rights
We own all the content in the Services provided including the logos, videos, documents etc. and/or have the right to use the content from the owner.
You will not share, copy, make available or link the content under any circumstances. If you wish to share any of our content please contact us for express permission.
If you post any content into our Services or platforms, we will not share your content beyond any permission you expressly provide us. You warrant that you own the content that you post and will be liable for anything that you share.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Nothing supplied through or in connection with our Services constitutes medical or professional psychiatric advice, prognosis, diagnosis or treatment. It is your responsibility to obtain advice to your specific needs.
We are not liable for any third-party websites or content that are linked from our Services.
You are responsible to check such content and use their websites entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability that may arise as a result of use of these Services, its content or the information provided. Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by us in relation to the use of the Services is limited to the extent provided for by the Consumer Laws. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
Amendments
We may modify these Service Terms from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon its posting on the Website or linking it to your email correspondence with us.
You agree to be bound by any modification to the Service Terms when you use the Services after any such modification is posted; it is therefore important that you review these Terms regularly.
Jurisdiction and Governance
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Your payment of the Services is an agreement to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia in the event of any dispute.
