Practical Yoga with the Elements
Bring your yoga practice off the mat and into your daily life in a way that enriches your relationships and makes the world a tangibly better place.
You’ve developed a consistent yoga asana practice, perhaps you even do a bit of pranayama and meditation. Maybe you’ve taken the next step and completed a YTT or gained an above-average knowledge of yoga philosophy - in short, you’re a bona-fide Western yogi or yogini. But there’s still a disconnect between your on-mat practice and your daily life. Perhaps you struggle with relationships, find yourself having to put on your ‘yoga persona’ when you go to the yoga studio or are grumpy or impatient more than you’d like.
Believe us, we get it. But we also know how to change it.
Just like a physical asana practice that gradually makes us stronger and more flexible, changes to our daily behaviour patterns happen through regular practice, not overnight. That’s the beauty of working with the 10 Elements of Real Love. It’s a systematic way to bring yogic principles into all your relationships and widen the transformative power of yoga out into all areas of your life.
This approach to yoga is off the mat. It incorportes Swadhaya (self-study) Ahimsa (non-violence) and Bhakti (devotional) aspects of yogic practice. We create self-awareness, practice new ways of being and seek to express love in all that we do.
This is probably not for you if…
You’re not ready to actually make small changes in your life and put things into practice.
The reason you practice yoga is to get really flexible or have a ‘yoga body’.
You’re not ready to really look at your own relationships and see where you might have a part to play in what’s not working.
